The 12-Week Strength & Body Program is a structured coaching package for clients who want a focused plan for strength, body composition, mobility, accountability, and long-term progress. This program is built around assessment, programming, coaching structure, progress tracking, and adjustments so clients are not left guessing what to do next. This is not random personal training. Clients should apply or complete an assessment before starting so the correct coaching path can be prescribed.
