12 PRIVATE COACHING SESSIONS PER MONTH — $1,800 The $1,800 price covers your monthly package of 12 sessions, not one appointment. Each session is 60 minutes ($150 per session within the package). High-touch 1:1 coaching built around strength, body composition, mobility, and accountability. This is for clients who want the highest level of personalization and direct support. New clients should apply first or start with the Elite Assessment so the right plan and fit can be confirmed.
