I educate as well as motivate people  into shape.I help them learn how to make fitness complement their lives, as opposed to ruling it. Every client I work with has their own individual goals. 

 

I make sure to work on progressing  clients using meso (month long) and micro (week long) cycles. It ensures improvement whether you are a professional athlete, older, or looking to do functional day to day exercises.
