Service Description

Small Group Performance Coaching is a premium coaching option for clients who want structure, accountability, strength training, body composition support, mobility work, and expert coaching in a focused small-group environment. This is not cheap group training. Each slot is limited to 2–4 clients so coaching quality stays high while clients still benefit from community, structure, and accountability. Clients should apply or complete an assessment before starting.
